Jen is a driven, natural people leader with demonstrated success supporting diverse client groups from various backgrounds and industries. She is skilled at navigating challenging and dynamic people scenarios, balancing both the employee experience and business objectives. She is particularly interested in how organizations are scaling their DE&I strategies, and loves complex employee relations issues.
